About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.bedbugsarizona.com and to the bed bug inspection and treatment services provided by Bed Bugs Arizona, owned by John Taylor and licensed in Arizona under license AZ #8129. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Website information

The information on this website is general information about bed bugs and our services. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your property. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date.

Our services

Bed bugs are the only pest we treat. We do not provide heat treatment, general pest control, single-room or mattress-only treatment (a hotel or motel room is the exception), or do-it-yourself products.

Inspections and treatments are scheduled with you by phone and carried out during normal business hours, with weekend visits when a weekday does not work for you.

Inspections and pricing

The in-home inspection is free, with no obligation. The exception is a whole building that would take hours to inspect, which may carry a charge that John plans with you in advance.

We do not quote prices over the phone. John gives you a firm price at the inspection, before any work is agreed on, and the price we quote is the price we charge. It covers both visits and the warranty.

Preparation and access

Each treatment depends on the prep John gives you at the inspection. You agree to complete the prep before each visit, give us safe access to every area to be treated, and keep everyone, pets included, out of the home for 4 hours after each treatment while it dries.

If the prep is not finished, John decides case by case whether he can treat.

The one-year warranty

Every treatment includes a second visit two weeks after the first and a one-year warranty. The warranty is valid only for the customer who paid, at the address where the work was performed, and requires that the entire home be treated, the prep be completed before treatment, and the second visit take place.

If there is any reason a job cannot be warrantied, John tells you before treatment, and you can cancel. The full details are on our one-year warranty page.

Discounts and offers

Current discounts and the conditions of our 20% written-estimate offer are described on our pricing page. We may change or end an offer at any time, but a change does not affect a price already quoted to you.

Scheduling and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a visit, call 623-451-0541 as early as you can. If John is running late, he will call you.

Safety

Every product is mixed and applied according to its label directions. Before treatment, medication, toys, and food must be put away, and everyone must stay out of the home until the treatment has dried. Ask John at the inspection if you are unsure whether something should be put away.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Bed Bugs Arizona is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under law.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, and graphics on this website belong to Bed Bugs Arizona or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
