What Bed Bug Treatment Costs in Phoenix, AZ
- Free inspection
- Firm price on the spot
- One price, both visits
- Licensed & insured, AZ #8129

“How much?” is a question John Taylor gets on nearly every call, and his answer does not change: he will not give a price until he has done the inspection. He compares it to taking your car to the garage. The shop cannot quote the repair until it knows what is wrong.
- No price list, because no two jobs take the same work
- The price John quotes is the price he charges
- We will beat any competitor's written estimate by 20%.
Call 623-451-0541 for a free in-home inspection. Calls answered 7 days a week, 7 AM to 7 PM.
What sets the price
The price is based on what it takes to solve the problem. It is not based on the size of the home.
Why John looks before he prices
A price given without seeing the home would have to be padded to allow for what John has not seen. The inspection takes 15 to 30 minutes of your time, costs nothing, and you get an honest, firm price on the spot before you decide anything. Call early enough in the day, and John can often inspect the same day.
What the price includes
Everything is in one price: the first treatment of the whole home, the second visit two weeks later, and the one-year warranty. There is no upsell and no surprises. There is no extra charge for weekend service.
After the first year, you can keep the warranty going for life by renewing it each year for $250. Each renewal includes an inspection, one scheduled treatment, and another year of coverage.

Discounts and the 20% promise
New customers save $150.
Seniors, military, and first responders save $50.
We will beat any competitor's written estimate by 20%. The estimate must be in writing from a licensed company for a treatment that carries a one-year warranty like ours.
A new customer who is also a senior, in the military, or a first responder gets both discounts. The $150 new-customer discount applies to apartment complexes, hotels, and businesses as well as homes. On the discounts, John adds: “we appreciate the trust they are putting in us and we will take great care of them.”
So you know: We do not offer payment plans or financing.

Questions about cost
How much does a bed bug treatment cost?
It depends on the job, which is why there is no price list. You get the figure at the free inspection, once John has seen the home.
Can I get a price over the phone?
No. We never quote over the phone. When you call, John asks what you have seen and where, and he books the free inspection. You hear the price at the end of that visit, in your home.
Do you charge for travel?
No. Travel is never billed separately. Where distance matters, it is part of the one price.
I manage rental properties. Do you have pricing for property managers?
Yes. Property managers and owners of multi-unit buildings get account pricing. Since no two properties have the same needs, John meets with management, agrees on a plan for the property, and prices that plan rather than working from a rate sheet.
I am moving into a rental. Do you charge to inspect it first?
No. A move-in or move-out inspection is free. The exception is a full building, where the inspection could run for hours. That may carry a charge, and John will plan it with you to keep costs down.
