What Phoenix-area customers say
Leave a review on GoogleWhat to look for when you read a bed bug company's reviews
John's advice applies to any company you are considering, including this one: look at what the reviews are about. Bed bug treatment is a specialty, and reviews for general pest control tell you little about how a company handles it.
All we do is bed bugs. A few of the older reviews in the feed are from the years when the company also did general pest work and had other technicians, and some use its earlier name.
Questions about the reviews
Are these reviews real?
Yes. They are fed directly from Google. We do not edit them or choose which ones appear.
Where can I leave a review?
On Google. The button under the reviews takes you there.
Who is the John in the reviews?
John Taylor, the owner. Today, he answers the phone, conducts the inspection, and performs the treatment.
Are you rated anywhere besides Google?
Yes. Bed Bugs Arizona has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau since October 2021. You can see the listing and its rating on bbb.org.
Some reviews use a different company name. Is it the same business?
Yes. Until 2021, the company was named Commercial Pest Management. That year John renamed it Bed Bugs Arizona and began treating bed bugs only, so a few reviews from before the change carry the old name.
