When you send the inspection request form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, city or ZIP code, the type of property, what you have noticed, the best time to call, any message, and any photos you choose to attach. The form is delivered to us by email through our form provider, and we use it only to contact you about your inspection.
That information can include your name, phone number, the address where the work will be done, the dates that suit you, what you have seen and where, photos you choose to text us, and the details of the inspection and treatment.
Information collected when you visit the website
Like most websites, ours is hosted by a website platform that records standard technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies.
Some parts of the website load content from other providers: our Google reviews, the service-area map, and the fonts used on the site. When those parts load, the provider receives the technical information your browser normally sends, such as your IP address.

We keep job records for as long as we need them to provide our services, honor the warranty, and meet our legal and licensing obligations. After that, we delete or securely dispose of them.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
