What the warranty covers and what it does not
What it covers
Everything. We do not get into whether the bugs are left over from the first problem or came in new.

What it requires
We have to treat the entire building, not one room or one piece of furniture. The warranty depends on it. In an apartment building, the building is your unit: treating the one unit that has bed bugs is enough for the warranty to cover that unit. In a hotel, the same applies to a single room. If there is any reason we cannot warranty a job, John tells you before the treatment, and you can cancel.
Two more things the warranty requires: the prep must be completed before treatment, and the second visit must occur two weeks after the first. Both are part of every job.
What it does not do
The warranty does not transfer. It is good for the person who paid for the service, at that location.

If you see a bed bug during the year
Call the number you called the first time, 623-451-0541. John answers and puts you on the schedule as soon as possible, the same day when that can be done. He comes out and treats, and there is no charge for the visit.

Why the warranty is a full year
In John's words, you know a bed bug problem is solved when the activity stops, and that is why the work is under warranty for a full year.
The warranty is also the reason John treats the entire building, comes back for the second visit, and uses the highest-grade products. In his words, he wants to do the job right so he does not have to come back for free later.
Keep your warranty for life: renew it each year for $250
Your warranty does not have to end after the first year. Each $250 renewal includes an inspection, one scheduled bed bug treatment, and another year of warranty coverage.
Renew in the 60 days before your current warranty expires, and have the inspection and the treatment done before the expiration date. Schedule the visit with John, and prepare your home the way he tells you to.
If your warranty expires before the renewal is done, normal treatment pricing applies. Renewing does not stop anyone from bringing new bed bugs in, but while the warranty is active, they are covered. Ask John about renewing when you call 623-451-0541.
What to ask about any bed bug warranty, and our answers
In John's experience, a company that does not expect its treatment to work may not offer a proper warranty, which is why these questions are worth asking. He gives one so that the customer has peace of mind.
What Phoenix-area customers say about the warranty
From a Bed Bugs Arizona customer “The fact that he gives a full year garente says it all. Other companies gave know garente. When dealing with bed bugs that are difficult to get rid of, that sealed the deal for me.”
Debra Kaufmann, Google reviewFrom a Bed Bugs Arizona customer “I'm pleased with the service & the 1-year warranty is a real plus.”
Lori Tate, Google reviewFrom a Bed Bugs Arizona customer “We recently faced a distressing situation when we discovered a single bedbug on the couch. Understandably, it was pretty alarming for our family. However, your prompt response was genuinely remarkable. Within a few hours of our call, you arranged to visit our home the next day to investigate and manage the situation.”

Questions about the warranty
Does the warranty go with me if I move, or to the buyer if I sell?
No to both. If bed bugs turn up at your new home, the warranty does not cover it, but the inspection there is free, like any other. A buyer who finds bed bugs can also call John for a free inspection.
Do you leave monitors or traps so I can keep watch?
No. If you see a bed bug or think you have, call John.
What if I see a bed bug between the first and second visits?
It can happen on a small share of jobs. Call John if you are worried. The treatment page explains what is normal between visits.
Can a warranty visit happen on a weekend?
It is possible. John tries to schedule visits during the week. When your schedule does not allow that, a weekend visit is possible, as early in the day as he can make it.
